Who was Terry Jones?

Terry Jones was a highly well known Welsh comedian and writer famous for his input in the fantastic Monty Python, for whom he wrote and starred.

As well as writing and starring in many of the films and TV programs, Terry Jones also directed many.

Terry Jones died on 21st January 2020 at the age of 77, he died of frontotemporal dementia a rare form of dementia.

Terry Jones was born in Colwyn Bay in North Wales. His mother was called Dilys Loisa (Newnes) and his father was called Alick George Parry Jones.
